Went in for my first visit, I should have been using this dispensary sooner. Great experience, absolutely loved David!! Ren and Shelby were great as well. Love the packaging, much easier to open than others. Also, please try the topical balm, it’s by far the best I’ve ever used. I’ve got a sore neck, and this stuff is BenGay on steroids. Thank you David and everyone else for a great experience, I’ll be back for sure.

WOW! Don't come here unless you enjoy getting verbally abused by the manager and staff! Horrible worst experience ever at a Surterra! The staff yelled at my husband when he came out of Bathroom to get in front of store same time Avery elderly senior citizen came in with his wife, Manager asked if she was his caregiver said NO told her to get to front of store poor lady walked out! She then berated poor elderly man.Brooksvi is so nice spa vibe and nice friendly good vibe people!

I've tried the other places in the area for my medical needs but none of them compare to Surterra. The staff here is fabulous!! Ren takes time with you to make sure your getting what you need. They know there products and are patient, kind, helpful explaining the product amount & way to use them.
