Berry Reviews
Not the best experience here. The chips were pretty stale and all of the sodas were completely flat. The food was decent but not amazing. The service was not great but our server was working alone. He was very nice but overall not the best experience.

Place wasn't crowded at all and we were the only patrons for about 15 minutes. Waitress was very nice but didn't check on us after serving us our meals and she pretty much disappeared after finally giving us our check. My wife's Shrimp Ranchero was just okay. The steak in my fajitas was very good but as a whole they would have been a lot better if I was provided enough sour cream and guacamole for more than one fajita. The Lettuce should not have been served, it was brown and watery. Our rice and beans weren't anything special either.

First visit here. Our waitress did not speak English so that was fun. We ordered tamales which ARE on the menu, but were told they actually DONT serve them. My husband ordered a small Modelo, she brought a large. We ordered cheese dip but it didn’t come until after our meal was served. I ordered a taco & an enchilada lunch combo , got 2 enchiladas. Food was excellent, service was a struggle to say the least. Probably will not go back. Plus our lunch was $50. Go to Senor Tequilas for the same price & quality & the servers speak English.

I hate writing anything less than a 5 star review. I really do. But, if you want reliable reviews, you have to be honest. Sometimes brutally honest. On the plus side, the service was friendly and prompt. The house margarita was delicious and a great value. However, all the food was extremely salty. From the rice and beans to the molcajete, which is a fantastic concoction of various meats, sausage and shrimp, vegetables and cheese served in a traditional Mexican bowl, everything was way too salty. And not just too salty, too salty to taste anything else. Too salty to eat. Kind of heartbreaking, really. So that was sad, but not the only reason for the 2 stars. The women's room was not very clean and the faucet handle is MIA. I am not a plumber, but swapping out a faucet is a diy project that should take less than 30 minutes and less than $30. You could still turn the water on, barely, but the whole situation is unacceptable. I am writing this in the hopes that these 2 areas are addressed. If they are, I will happily return to try some of the other items.
