My room was clean and comfortable. I’m a truck driver and I normally sleep in my truck. My truck was in the shop so I thought I wouldn’t have a place to sleep that night so I booked a room here. My truck was fixed sooner than I expected so I considered sleeping in the truck. It was too late to cancel my reservation so I decided to grab a few winks at the hotel before I had to wake up at 3am. I wanted to maximize the number of minutes I could sleep so I didn’t take a shower. The heater worked well and my room was quiet an cosy.

Be Careful spotted bedbug Checked out immediately and wanted full refund!!!! Will not ever be coming back after worker at front desk insinuating I may have brought it myself,I was very offended , They are renovating now and it figures after spotting a bedbug in my room , I am very clean and never had bedbugs in my life to be clear!!!! I hope for other guest safety they are spraying rooms on a regular to get rid of the problem they offered to change room but obviously I turned down offer if it’s in 1 room it’s in all!!!!!

Dispite there being construction going on it was very enjoyable. Updated fixtures in room clean bed. Very friendly staff and they even had breakfast going. Though it was to-go bags. But hey, its SOP for covid protocols apparently and i would rather have to-go bags rather than no breakfast. Only took this one picture as i forgot that i was going to be making a review. Full axis swing and tilt swivel mount. My complaint 1) is i requested a disability room as i have issues with my leg needing to soak it in hot water, and the website i booked from showed a bathtub, but when i get there, it is a standing shower with a seat installed into the wall. 2) get offered a wake up call, but it never comes. I need to extend my stay by one night, so i pick up the phone to find it not working. I go to front desk and tell them the need and issue, got my stay extended, but didn't seem to care the phone system was down. Other than those two issues, which one was more of a want than an issue, my stay here was very relaxing and very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and hope that just like me, they can over look the construction that is taking place. I actually forgot construction was taking place, but I was on the first floor, and lobby and somewhere else was being renovated.

I purchased multiple rooms every week for 10 consecutive weeks at this hotel during the summer for myself and my research team. The quality of the room was okay for the cheap price. Pros: big beds, generally quiet, enough space to spread out. Cons: dirty areas near ac unit/couch, spotty wifi, fitted sheet wouldn't stay on, poor air circulation. The main reason for this review is their poor customer service. Some of the front desk helpers were nice, but I received a few late calls (midnight and 2 am) with questions to check in my team who I had already checked in. Additionally, there was a dispute about a single room charge at the end of our stay left a very bad impression on me. Each week we would check out all rooms together and for some reason one room wasn't checked out the last week and we got charged for an additional night. You'd think that they would correct the misunderstanding, especially given how much money we've spent there, but no such luck. I spoke to several people giving me conflicting accounts of their policy towards early check outs and how my group had left early without telling them (never happened and they couldn't give me dates).

How much money do you think Days Inn profits per night that they think $132 is worth taking from a customer that didn't stay there?

Did you book direct or with a third party? Also not sure what was run up on your card but someone stayed there with your card and ran up a LOT of incidentals. The rooms are about half that cost.

Yes and if you work for Swift the terminal is within easy walking distance. I have been in Harrisburg truck stops that have a further walk to the buildings.
