Says the dining room is open, but it's not! Doors are locked! It's 3:20pm

Food was ok. Management wasn't. Kicked me out with my little dog. Wouldn't even let me order and wait outside. Then she locked the doors before closing so I couldn't even come back in without my dog. A nice customer ordered my food for me in the drive though since I'm a truck driver and my truck doesn't fit! I was nice and understanding. She could have handled the situation differently.

Waiting in line constantly for upwards of 30 minutes IS NOT fast food. So many people have left the drive thru and went to McDonald’s or Burger King because of this. People are complaining on Facebook. It’s time to fix the issue. Won’t be returning here. Have enough opportunities.

Absolute SLOWEST SERVICE stopped off to eat on a road trip and got stuck on line for over 30 min. No lie. The slowest fast food service I have experienced in any state, across any fast food place. There is a problem with this staff and the lack of training. Fast food should be under 30 min unless you’re butchering the cow first, I mean for real.
