Was charged $40.00 copay to put stitches in my hand at on a Saturday, they said come back in a couple days so we can take a look. Monday I went back , someone took approx. 30 seconds to look and said come back on Saturday to remove the stitches, I did and paid another $40.00 copay. Today I received a bill for the 30 second look. This explains way their ratings aren’t good!

The staff here is very caring and sweet. They were unable to treat me as the injury was more severe than an urgent care could deal with but they ensured i was stabilized and lined up where i needed to go and even verified my insurance would cover the other facility. I was really impressed with the attention i received and would recommend this location without hesitation.

I went to this MedExpress for illness after receiving a negative Covid test at home. The wait is somewhat lengthy, but the staff was incredibly friendly. Dr. Alio Llado, MD was very knowledgeable, helpful, and had a great bedside manner. My Covid test was positive and I was very symptomatic. The doctor sent prescriptions for my symptoms, gave aftercare instruction, and wished me well. If I were only reviewing my own experience I would have ignored the long wait time and given 5 stars based solely on the competency of the physician and staff. The next day, my husband went for his Covid test. Again with the long wait time, again with the friendly staff, but he saw Linda Simms, NP. She delivered his positive result to him, but did not mention any prescriptions. When he asked for Paxlovid she refused it and said since he was vaccinated he should be fine, completely ignoring his numerous comorbidities. When he returned home I called an MD who stated that to “stay home and do nothing” was completely inappropriate and called in Paxlovid with the instruction to begin treatment immediately. If he only needed a Covid test he could have gone to a cvs drive-thru, not waste a copay to receive a free Covid test. I hope they aren’t allowing this NP to practice unsupervised, she’s going to get someone killed.

I had a great experience when I had to visit this clinic last week. The phone check in was perfect as it was cold and rainy. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. Megan who took my vitals and was great and caring and the Nurse Practitioner Kathy was very compassionate and took her time to ask many questions to really try to determine what my situation was and how to help me. I really felt like they actually cared and they were just at their 9-5 like many other clinics I’ve been to in the past. I highly recommend this location. Thanks so much for your care!

Many health insurance companies across the country have stated that they will cover the cost of testing for COVID-19. However, it is a good idea to check with your insurance company to learn if it covers the test and what portion of treatment may be covered based on the specifics of your individual health plan. For those without insurance, self-pay services for the medical evaluation and treatment received from our medical providers start between $119-$139 depending on the state you are seen in. This price does not include any fees incurred by our lab partner, LabCorp.
