I rarely leave reviews but this place was so bad, I really had to. We ordered 8 boneless chicken pieces: we received 4 small pieces of fried batter with no meat in it at all & 3 small pieces of fried meat (of some kind) that was so hard, my dogs left in their bowls & then the 8th nugget was left out altogether. The 2 pizzas we ordered were at room temperature, with congealed cheese & had to be reheated to be remotely edible. One was doughy in the middle, even after we reheated it in the oven. I tried to call the location twice, only to stay on hold more than 5 minutes & no one ever answered. I can't even get a refund. Save your money...there are too many good pizza places in Carrollwood to get ripped off like this.

Ordered online an hour ago, no pizza. Called the store and waited on hold for ten minutes without talking to a single person. I had this issue with this store before and left. Apparently I need to stick with the competition because Clearly they pay their staff better and treat them better. It’s a shame to see a once mighty business crumble and die, but when the customer gets treated this way, all I can hope for is a quick and painless end.

Do not order from here. They will not leave your food at the door and their manager will not help you to be a satisfied customer, but will gaslight you for not being home at time of delivery. We ordered pizza and couldn’t answer the door to retrieve the food so the driver took it for themselves. The store has “gone away with contactless” delivery even tho it is a option in the app. It was paid in full on card with a tip. Just leave the food and don’t argue with the customer. The customer service is a joke. The process is illogical. The employees do not think. Be better.

Why does Dominoes have overseas Customer Service line who has no idea what's happening of issues. The store had no way of answering our inquiries of our order being over 2hours from the time we ordered, way past the time given of satisfaction of ordering within 40-50 as stated on the app.
