Placed an order at 8:30 the email said it will be ready 8:45pm. I get there at 9, and they tell me it’ll be extra time because they didn’t make the pasta that came with my order. So on top of me giving them extra time already to prepare my Food and have it ready, I get there and have to wait an additional 30-45 minutes for them to cook what should’ve already been prepared. 🙄 And all they give you is a half hearted apology. I knew I should’ve ordered from somewhere else. And this place smells stale.

My Pizza Hut on West Fletcher has been brining me awesome tasting pizza and wings plus cinnamon sticks for many years. The delivery time is blazing fast. thanks Pizza Hut.

It says that it is open until 12:00 and it is 9:36 and they don't want to attend to me, they should kick this shift

I had a previous problem with this store, and they were unable to add my points back to my account so I am pretty much out of those 400(+) points the manager offered to put my name down so I can call in an order for a large pizza and a medium pizza, but I forgot that she had told me to call in and order so I ended up spending over $50 and I should have been able to go into my account and use the rewards I earned that I previously earned but I wish I had a reminder of some sort so I can remember to call or just have my rewards added back to my account that would make it so much easier for me.
