I was given the task of putting together a Virtual fundraiser for my Rotary District. I had no clue what to do. I was told to contact Gary Hansen at G-Force Productions. Gary and his crew saved the day. He organized all of our moving parts including a virtual scavenger hunt and a trivia contest, streaming issues on FB and on Youtube and made us look great with graphics, music, etc Our event had a look of professionalism that I never could have created on my own. Yes! We can rent you a projector. You can either pick up the projector at our main office or we can deliver and set it up for you. (There is an additional cost involved, depending on where and the time of day)
Unfortunately, no one has developed a projector to outshine the sun. We usually recommend showtime about 15 minutes after sunset. (We usually ask our phone "what time is sunset" on the specific date to get an exact time)
Yep! We can rent you a whole system (projector, inflatable screen, DVD player and PA system) or we can rent to you "a la carte"). The screen we have is quite large-14' wide viewable area and requires enough space to inflate, so it has to be placed away from trees or patio overhangs. We deliver and setup for you. Set a pickup time and we will packup everything in less than half an hour.
Yes! We rent PA systems. You can pick up a basic PA system (microphone and speaker) from us at our home office. For more complex systems we recommend that we deliver and set up your PA system.
