I'm done with Pepboys! I scheduled an appointment, arrived and was told they were too busy to balance my tires. HOW?!?!? What was the point of an appointment. The guy wasn't rude or anything and maybe it's an upper management issue but how much sense does that make. I was provided with the option to "call ahead" before coming like I just have all of this free time to use to do so. Then I was told to come back on a weekday...uhhh, I work. The worst part is I purchased my tires from another Pepboys branch and they couldn't balance them. This Joppa road location claimed to be so much better when I called. The lies! I typically try not to leave bad reviews but something has GOT to give for these shops wasting my time for the past 9 months! I hope upper management makes some changes to the appointment system soon because this is TERRIBLE customer service!

Excellent Service! My battery died and needed to be replaced fast. Pep Boys did it in a half hour! The Service Manager, Johnathon was very nice. Highly Tecommend✅

Since the weather got colder my car console was stating my tire pressure was low so I went to Pep Boys on Joppa Rd. I was surprised that it is now a tire center. However they checked my tires, fill them and made sure I was o.k. Every time I've been there they make sure my problem is handled. Customer service is great and the guys at the bays know what they are doing.

Hit a nail with my tire. I called around everywhere and no one had the time to help. The manager John took the time to get me in and get my tire plugged right away. Very appreciative that he understood the severity of my situation and made it a priority. A++ for service!
