AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! There should be a minus rating. Staff is incompetent, uncaring and scare. Dr. Zier needs to be brought up on malpractice and designed euthanasia charges. Food is IMPOSSIBLE to eat, a very critical part of senior and rehab care.

Wow such rude staff scary to think they let people like that work with people with brain injuries and then turn around and say we run this business like it's a 8 or 9 star resort

UM EXCUSE ME?!? I CALLED JUST NOW TO ASK ABOUT MY APPLICATION AND TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS SO RUDE! EW TO HAVE RUDE COLD STAFF LIKE THAT WORKING WITH RESIDENCES THATS NOT OK

My mother was admitted to Jewish home for rehab because of her bone fractured , she was admitted December 7th, passed early morning December 9th alone , her vital taken by nurses were dangerous low on that morning but was not reported to doctor , nurse malpractice has caused my mother’ earlier passing without families. My experience two days there with my mother , there are NONE services provided, nurses only came for vital check/ medications or you won’t see anyone, asked for hot water never gotten. When nurses are called to changes Her, nurses showed inpatient attitudes by telling you they are short of care staffs , I must contributed my help, this should not happened, if patient are admitted to their facility for care , facilities’s care must perform the care what patients is entitled. IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE DON’T SENT THEM. MY REGRETS TO SEND MY MOTHER and VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICES.
