Great experience! Staff were all very nice and friendly. Came for son’s birth certificate without appointment (1.5 months out online). In and out 70 mins. Bring your ID and check/cash.

Picked up birth certificate after 6 weeks of baby being born. wait may be up to eight weeks it's not 4 weeks. Must confirm with them by calling them. And have a a lot of quarters to load up for car parking. And the card doesn't work.

I came to get a Birth Certificate and the 2 lady’s (employees) that they have in the front are so unprofessional the county should have employees with customer service skills.

Impressed by the service, courtesy and speed. The clerk-recorders office is very friendly and efficient. There are people to help you with self service items and certified copies are available while you wait (for not very long). Aside from that check out the county building, they have a ton of cool art and exhibits. Today was Lunar New Year 2019 and is the Year of the Pig. They have some really cool pig drawings made by school kids. This is probably the richest county in California, if not the whole US.

You can yes, but it'll take a while since it's santa clara county. It'll cost in between 17-19 dollars. It's better to go in and get it and pay cash
Go either to a title co or a simpler method go to the recorders office of your county and you can do it there
Ask your title company who handled the closing or the lawyers who set up the trust.
Go to the recorders office, use self-service and make a copy, or take a photo of it, or print it out for an official copy. The people there can help you with that real quick.
go to the recorders office they can print a deed of tiltle and a copy of the reconvence for the payoff
Go to the website. You can make your appointment through that.

Before a marriage ceremony can take place, both parties must first obtain a marriage license from the County Cler-Recorder's Office. Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. A marriage license request must be completed and submitted to the clerk for the processing by 4:15 P.M. (Pacific Standard Time). Upon arrival, proceed to the public computers located directly behind the kiosk, and enter your marriage license application information. Once the application has been completed, you will electronically submit your application and obtain a service ticket from the kiosk.
An application needs to be fill all over again to correct the error. Unfortunately a fee needs to be paid unless it's there error
Ca.gov... Department of justice.

Yes. Without an advance appointment the wait will be a lil longer but if not many people are in line then the process will be a breeze. I suggest going online to fill in the form before going to the office and once arrive you will just need a number instead of filling the form on site

Wow. I wouldn't know...
You can get both if they happened in this county otherwise you have to go to the county where you did it
No, but you will probably have to wait in a long queue.
You have to go down there and tell them your situation. I don't think it will cost anything really.
He needs to have an Id that it's him as proof. He can go there himself and get it since he's 18 but he's going to have to pay a fee for it.

No its reopened. 3 months ago they were requiring appointments

If its 50/50 you dont have to do anything it goes direct to the survivor.
You can go to the county clerk's office with your id. The form is online or you can fill it out there. It has to be the county you were born in. They prioritize by appointment so if you don't have one you may have to wait.
You will need to fill out a form which is available on their website. After that submit it to them in person, through mail, or through a Dropbox located in the county office.
So, you can walk in and they still give you an appointment as of this week.
You'll have to make an appointment, which I was told last week was impossible to do before November. If you go down first thing in the morning after they open up, you might be able to do a walk-in appointment, but you might sit around for an hour or two. Best to go on a weekday.
Not without an appointment, which you can't make.
No, no matter what you have to have the paper notorized. However, you will receive it in 4 weeks verse 12-14 weeks

There is no notary at the court house but they do have a list of notarys you can call. I was lucky and one was Valuable right away
Hi, it looks like you only need to bring a valid ID, so current license will work. Also from the website it looks like it will be processed as you're there so you should get it right away. Cash/check is $28, credit/debit is $30.50. Also you'll need to provide your relationship to the person listed on the certificate if it's not for yourself.
Yes, but you need to make an appointment

Did you attend school in California? If so, ask there for copies of your records. You can try at the clerk's office, as well. The advice you get in person from them will be the best.

you can have any title company or escrow office do a search and print it
have the county recoder print the vested title on the address
It costs $200. 5 years ago when My husband and I got married. And the process took about 2 weeks. Just need to go to clerks office and apply for marriage and license. Then they give you an appointment to get married. After your married it gets signed and they mail it to you or you can pick it up a couple weeks later. Now if your already married and just need a copy Im sure you can get it much cheaper and faster. We paid $200. to get married and for license. I think license was like $25.00 but I cant remember.

Naty Apelacio Can i get my original divorce papers online?

Family Court
its a long time call the mtg company and ask them for a copy
I got married in the chapel 5 years ago. If I remember correctly it cost $200. First you have to apply for a marriage license then they give you an appointment that you can pick out. Then you go on appointment and you can bring whoever you choose to witness it. But I think how many people you invite is very limited. The room is small. Then you wait to be called for your turn and the ceremony only takes about 10-15minutes. If you dont have a witness they will provide one. They also took photos for us with our phone. If you want the original copy of the marriage certificate, I think its like $25.00 and it takes about a week or 2 for you to get it.
I need to do this as well. When I tried to call the number will not accept my extension, nether 3 nor 0. Please help!
Yes. Just bring proper documentation
Its always a good idea to take your own proof, just incase its lost in the system. They won't give you the run arounds.
