Just showed up to escort my elderly mother to her imaging appointment. There was almost 0 parking for patients but 4 whole nearly empty floors for physicians only? Then we get to the front where I am informed I'm not allowed in because I have my 7 month old with us in a stroller. So they made us LEAVE the building and send my.mother in by herself. Horrible customer service, horrible patient accessibility, and I only stepped foot in the building. I can't imagine what it's like being seen here. Do yourself a favor and stick to Kaiser!!!

ER visit for head injury and suspected orthopedic injuries...worst 'care' ever by ER staff (reception, nurses, security and 3 DOCTORS! I mean THE WORST NIGHTMARE! Delayed triage, uncaring, rude, lazy and un sympathetic staff. Cared little about giving comfort, medical attention or details of treatment expectations. I was parked in the hallway for hours directly accross from charge murse station. I saw and heard lots about staffs family issues and work complaints while I waited for treatment. As I had complained I was ignored and never given a room...even though two drunks who came after me were processed immediately and put nto a room. Me with a hugh hematoma on my temple and forehead, pins and needles feet and hands, excruciating headache, bruising and contusions. I heard a male nurse tell an elderly lady verbalizing alot (as she was having anxiety with likely dementia problems), not to worry her surgery would be soon and she'd be ok...the nurse saying this in a sarcastic way!!! Shortly after I overhead this the lady was transported via a private ambulance back to her care facility? Then I heard a nurse coming on duty, standing at the charge nurse station, complain that more doctors are needed in ER...she sited an example of a suspected stoke patient waiting 3 hrs (the night before [5/15/22]) to be seen by a DR. Makes want to move to an area with better hospital choices and CARE. John Muir should be ashamed!!!! I tried reporting my concerns through channels without a response. Have you heard of secret shoppers well John Muir needs to hire secret patients to see exactly what goes on at the Walnut Creek ER.

The guy in billing hung up on me and refused to let me talk to anyone else and wouldn't answer after he hung up. I feel like they have ruined my life they have sent me to collections meantime my baby is only 6 months old. I am making payments they received $60,000 from my insurance and I don't understand why they couldn't at least give me one courtesy call!!!!! With my other child they would give me courtesy calls. I am completely blindsided since 3 weeks ago I paid $300 it seems no 1 even looked at that they just let a machine send me there like I am a number and now my credit is ruined thanks a lot. When you look up the collections they sent you to they are not credited by Better Business Bureau there are law firms helping you avoid them because it seems they are a scam so confused thanks so much John mirror and now the guy will not talk to me or answer my questions some customer service what am I supposed to do now come in there. So dissatisfied. Update: Finally got a email on Monday and a phone number to call. The lady was very calm sweet retracted my bill, recalibrated it it was even lower monthly payments and I didn't even go into my rant by then about the rude boy on the phone I'm just happy they fixed it thank you.

The morale of the staff is high here and I was treated well by the 6 different people I met. I was in and out very quickly. I declined to have an IV. There was very very little wait time for their process and the nurse was great.
