Just going through the worst phase of baby arrival. We have been assigned a room next to the construction site. Our one day infant dont know the difference of a hospital or a construction zone. The time she should be sleeping peacefully is all ruined by the ongoing construction noises in the next room. The hospital administration manager should have taken this into consideration that the construction is happening in the active infant and mother recovery rooms. Hospital is a place to have peace and recovery but plain and simple ignorance by the management ruins the life long experience of being a parent. The construction started early morning and after 2.5hrs of nonstop cutting and drilling noises at 8:30am the Nurse Manager Robin informs me that the same will continue till 2pm. Parents in Bay Area and San Francisco please do hear my plea and think twice before keeping your trust on the Kaiser hospital in Walnut Creek. I will for sure would like to know what the hospital admin and security will do if I will lose my mind beacuse of the ruckus these guys have created.

Wanta b dr merea jarganath is the porest excuse to a DO letalone dr. She lies misteprisents herself and positions drags treatment so long i have perminet damage. Leaves paicenta in chronic and acute pain. Tells paicents to use departments that dont exist. Is one of those drs who questions why are you here if yoy have medical.... seems more conserd about somthing that dosnt effect her. Shes not a private practice.... is medicaly abusive rude out of line insulted me infront ofy mother and had no proff to her aligations and looked stupid. My mother a retired wc kaiser er nurse informed her how appalled of her fellow coworkers behavior and is beyond disipointed in the behavior of the entire facility at this point. Jarganath should be stripped of her licens and never be aloud to practice medicine or be able to be incharge of any ones care. I would have to say wc kaiser and there physicians are the bottom of the barrel drs. Have health alments that make it hard to walk and function. My surgeon told the pcp to take over meds and forsome reason and 4 month into it they can figure out whos saposed to perscribe them... pure neglect from this facility ive been with them for 15 years and i would die b4 i let my children be under there care... my entire time with em they have never actuly helped and shuffeled me to a diffrent dr who dose the same. I wouldnt let them work on a rat at this point... so many complaints have been filed and they do nothing

I am a member patient. After being stuck in elevator of main office bldg for ten minutes, I am angry. The emergency phone rings to a disconnected number. The registration desk 20 feet from elevator did not respond the first floor volunteers did not. Once a patient opened the door, the volunteers had no list of people to call for emergency. Ultimately reported to parking lot supervisor six weeks ago. Just today received call to investigate. Apparently no one was interested in fixing phone during six weeks. RECOMMenDATIon:. Avoid having a heart attack or stroke in elevator. Check phone in other elevators before entry.

have no sense of urgency! blonder younger women has no compassion or empathy toward patients in pain. we’re just jobs not actual people to them. literally made us wait for 20 minutes just to be check in when the patients pain is at a 10

If you're on mediCal, it is done when you select the mediCal/Medicare plan. I think you can only change it once a year, but I'm not absolutely sure about that. Without mediCal/Medicare, I don't think you can be seen at Kaiser for charity care. Try talking to medical plan services.

DNR typically means Do Not Resuscitate. If the person in question filled out the DNR form with those instructions, then Kaiser wouldn't attempt to resuscitate them in the event something bad happened. This is the patients wish and Kaiser could get into a lot of trouble for not following that order.
They focus on respiratory care for most cases. But it is the same level as if you went to the ER or saw your GP.
Options at kiosk are 1. Walk In or 2. Doctor scheduled ur test.
