Disgusting dirty. I had to clean the toilet before me or my child could use it. Thankfully all we really wanted was to sleep. Oh wait...the sheets had loose dirt? whatever on them. Given no chance to get a receipt, just "sorry for the inconvenience" sign and a number to call. Didn't have time to wait around.

Room was remodeled but not very clean. Cigarette butts everywhere and the door wasn't sealed very good and the lock to the door from the inside was broken. Desk clerk was alright but we traveled from Michigan all the way to Dalton GA and needed a few hours of sleep. We got there at 5am and literally woke up to a semi Jake braking right next to our room.. location is not the best but it was all we could get that early in the morning. TV was fuzzy and didn't work that great.

The bathroom ceiling has a hole the shower links the in side had bugs and the out side has big water cockroachs

The air conditioning and room 203 is broken. First off, it wasn't even the room that we booked. Then, there's this broken A/C. Not only does it not work, it is visibly broken. My husband allowed about two hours for the room to cool down. It didn't. We contacted management and let them know. The desk clerk first said it was working, even though it was 80 in there...after 2 hours. Then has said there weren't any of other rooms available. THEN he said it was pretty much our issue because they only changed rooms in the first 15 minutes of check in if there was an issue. We had to call Hotels.com, and get them involved...suddenly we had a room available, with crisp cold A/C. The room was visibly dirty. All around I wish I had not stayed.
