It might be a basic American diner with a menu small enough to print on the paper placemat, but it was being run by all women last time and things move fast. One of the best bets for breakfast or lunch in that part of Northumberland county. Fun. Most notable for All Women, Every Day. Just posted new menu pics. Okay, so now they say the male business owner is in the back office. What a feminist roller coaster ride this is. Go eat here anyway. Very fast and it's fun.

My mom used to love to go to Palmer's before she passed and the grandchildren and I still go in memory of her. Wait staff is wonderful and the food is always very good.
