Last Saturday I brought my 2015 Silverado in for inspection, front breaks and oil change and the service desk gentlemen chris was outstanding. Him and the service technician that worked on my truck. Very professional and the price was about what I thought I had to pay. Truck runs great ! I bought it there and I take it there for the service that I expect and receive every time I go there. Thank you guys keep up the good wrk!!

I am visiting from out of town for work and I had transmission work done before my trip here. The shifter cable came loose so my dad and I brought my trail blazer in to get fixed. When I got back to my parents with the truck we could not get it out of park again. We called immediately and they said they would send someone out the next day. I got a call at 7:45am saying someone was on there way. The cable was a bit tight and they loosened it and we are back in business less then an hour later. I was so worried it would take hours or days to get it fixed but everything was done quickly and with no additional charges. Things happen, not everything is done perfectly, but the response to those issues makes the difference.

I purchased my last two vehicles from B&L.. first was a 2003 Malibu with V6.. Great car! Did regular maintenance on it, that was it.. never had to do a repair on it until the fuel pump went out on it at about 115,00 miles. Repaired it and traded it in at B&L for my Impala Limited..my dream car!! Any time I need anything, oil change, or to try to figure out a new feature on the car..they take care of everything right away! I tell all my family and friends to go there, don't go out of town!! They are always very good to me.. Thank you all at B&L!! Especially Bobby and Bud for taking care of me!

I have had nothing but a great experience here My husband bought a new 2014 Chevy Sonic Hatchback from here in 2014, and when my car was in an accident (I didn't buy it here) they were more than willing to help me get my car fixed and get me into a rental. I always have a great feeling about this place, and the staff always treat you like family! If I have to get a new car it would be from here!
