I went to the San Rafael store just needing a barrel adjuster for an old Campy derailleur. They were very helpful even though they were very busy and found my part for me. They also have a tremendous selection of bikes! Highly recommended!

Pat did a great job. He found all the wear and tare rough parts of my bike and breathed new life into them. Loose screws in the hub, rear deraillier, fork, etc. All tightened up, smoother shifting, ready for a punishing weekend of cycling!

I don't think that they buy bikes per se, however they MIGHT give you a trade-in value for your old bike if you are purchasing a new bike from them.
Open for pick up and drop off from the 5th St entrance. Can't try stuff on or go inside though

No, they have an indoor track you can test the bike on. They just let you grab one and go!
