Overall a nice place to camp but the bathroom/showers didn't appear to be cleaned in the 4 days we were there.

I brought my daughter and two grandsons here. The campground was beautiful nice and shady we will definitely come back very soon. The only thing they could use a little work on are the shower rooms! I think they need to be cleaned several times a day. We went boating and the lake was perfect can't wait to come back

Great park! Only reason for 4 star's is the crowd which park employees are not responsible for. Kids on bicycle cutting thru campsites along with a few adults.

Really a beautiful campground. Well maintained. Very family friendly. Campsites are decently sized. If you stay on the bay side the water is calm enough for kayaking even by little ones.

You need check the website, minimum 2 nigths. I was there last Saturday and they don't had spots available. If you have tent you can stay in the primitive camping area (they do not have electricity or water).
Go online and search Tim's ford state park and you should get phone numbers. Keep trying back.

2 years ago the bidding starts at $300.00 and I think you have to stay like 6 months with option for 2 or more months
you can only stay for two weeks at a time unless you get one of the yearly sites you bid on in February
