It is open year round now, there is 18 sites they auction off the last Fri of March. You get that site from April 1 thru Sept 31 for the monthly price you bid it in for. During peak season March 1 thru Oct 31 your allowed to stay 14 days the leave for 72hrs then return for 14. During off season Nov.1 thru Feb 28 your allowed to stay 28 days then leave 72 then return for 28.
This year is a trial run with it being open year round...its a learning experience for us.
They are now open year round. We stayed one month and loved it.
There not open all year but there thinking about changing it next year
