Crazy rude, every single time. I receive great service at every single chik fil a except the Cleveland airport. All the people are rude, never smile, and act like you ordering food there is an inconvenience to them. They don’t use the language that all other locations do either.

Super nice, super friendly, even for an airport. We spilled our OJ by accident soon after we purchased it. My wife went to ask for more napkins to clean up the spill and they gave her another OJ to replace it. Food is great as usual as well.

This is the WORST Chik Fila in America. Three angry & annoyed workers today. No greeting, no thank you, & asked for my water & Afro american lady rolled her eyes. This is pathetic service.

Was here on 11/23 @ lunch time and the line moved faster than I’ve ever experienced at any Chick Fil A! My name was called before I even had the chance to put my change away! The crew worked so fast! Impressed!
