I just left that place. I stopped in for a quick drink before my flight. There were three of the waitresses huddled at the bar. Two of them watched me come in and sit down. No one came over. I sat there for over ten minutes watching them talk. After over ten minutes of sitting there the bartender finally sees me and loudly says "Oh, we just closed". Seriously?? No one could have informed me of this?? I don't know.. When I walked in and they saw me sit down?!?!? This company seriously needs some customer service training.

Arrived early to the airport so I had time to eat breakfast. I had the Western Omelette which was served with potatoes and toast. Very good. I also had a cup of coffee that was freshly brewed. Nice! With tip, I spent $18.

I would have rated this place a zero if the app would let you. I ordered a beer and pretzels. 10 minutes later the guy that took my order says to me , ‘have you ordered?’ I said ‘yep, I ordered a Stella and pretzels from you.’ He says ‘yep, I remember that, I don’t know what’s taking so long.’ At 20 minutes I left. I don’t understand how you screw up beer and pretzels. The place had been busy earlier when I went by, but was over half empty when I sat down and even emptier when I left. I just don’t get it!

I always like stopping here when my flights are out of the B concourse. The staff is always friendly and the food is decent for an affordable price. My only complaint would be if they had a few more people to help during the busy times.
