Did not help with pain one bit. When I realized they were charging my credit card every month I called to cancel. They said I had to come in to cancel, so I did. When I asked the girl for a confirmation she had an attitude and said she sent it to my email. When I checked email later there was no confirmation sent. When I got my credit card statement they still charged me for another month. I called and spoke to a different person and she said she would get me a refund.

I went to get help for my back, I never seen a chiropractor before. The team, from the front desk to the doctor made me feel very comfortable, they explained everything to me step by step. They are very professional, the clinic is very nice and clean and they make you feel good.

I continue to be impressed with the care I am given at The Joint. While I was sad when Dr. Lily left, Dr. Miles is first rate. I always leave there walking and feeling much better. The folks at the front desk are also kind and friendly. I'm so glad a friend introduced me to The Joint. Now my daughter goes too. I also LOVE not having to schedule an appointment. It makes it so easy to drop by when I can and still not have to wait more than a few minutes.
