Whoever owns this place really must review this phone number and the people they hire as they hang up very easy on you if you happened to make sense. The number rings in Sacramento where the location is in Rodeo. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with someone from this Rodeo location apparently. Very messed up.

Our supplier decided to go with this company so I can’t have any other choices. They are pretty expansive but that’s not my main complain. It’s just really hard to reach out to them, when they keep telling me it’s going to deliver today, but ends up never showing. Sometimes 3 days in a row said would deliver but never here. I’ve been waste my time just by waiting. And when I call the company they transferred me at least 10 times and still nobody can tell me what’s going on. It’s really frustrating.

Oof, we had damaged items delivered from Oak Harbor Freight twice. Their damage claim process takes at least 45 days just to get the inspector on site. Might take some more time just to get the claim report since I can't even access their site since it's down. Meanwhile, we're stuck with the damaged cabinet waiting for the claim to go through just to have it sent back. The other damaged cabinet (from the same delivery) that was refused SOMEHOW cannot be located in their warehouse. It's not too small and hard to miss...IDK, I would not recommend them. We had the same item delivered through UPS Freight no problem, and they brought the cabinet into place, removing all packaging.

Had bad experience in the past with them, but since Rod in dispatch started taking control of our shipments, we have successfully shipped dozens of shipments on time with no issues on pickup or delivery, so great job and thanks!
