Really cool vibe and fun & creative cocktails upon request. We couldn't find any servers or hosts during our visit, so we had to venture through the place to find a comfortable seating spot. It wasn't a big deal for us, but I could see it potentially being a turnoff for someone who isn't so inclined.

Got id’d two times first server came to our table and didn’t even ask for service said he and another worker were bouncing back and fourth. Then they look at our ids come back and say it’s just policy then come back once more to say can we actually have your ids to scan. Then come back and discuss it with us offer free drinks. Then after 30 minutes we’d had enough and just left little respect for there guest two careless individuals. Both servers were very careless and had no respect.

What's not to love about the Vault? If you haven't been there, you should go. It's in the basement of the 9, and is actually in the underground vaults that held the savings of some of the greatest industrialists in America (ie, Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller to name a few). The space has been converted into a cool nightclub with a super chill vibe and expert mixologists making some of Cleveland's best cocktails. You can sit at the bar or, if you're lucky, actually sit inside one the actual vaults that contained unspeakable wealth. During the prohibition era, a section of the vault was an actual speakeasy where wealthy businessmen could imbibe cocktails without worry. Now you can keep that spirit alive by having a cocktail in the Vault without having a multi-million dollar net worth.
