I recently had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Kenney and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff was wonderful from the moment I checked in in the morning until I left. Dr. Kenney is truly a gifted surgeon. The pain I experienced was about 1/5 of what I expected and I am healing way ahead of the anticipated recovery time. Although the looks of the scar are not really important, mine looks like a plastic surgeon did it. The PT staff has also been outstanding. I return to work today without the slightest fear that I will not be able to do my job comfortably. They ended 50 years of knee pain for me.

Switched my dad and I to Kaiser January 2021 and are thrilled! A reviewer Kaiser Novato posted something about Kaiser being a bloated bureaucracy and, oh how I disagree! I'd been dealing with the nightmare of MarinHealth since they began taking over Marin's healthcare system a few years ago and THAT was a bureaucracy; just trying to get an appointment with my PCP was so much of a nightmare that I avoided it at all costs (perhaps that was their goal?) On the other hand, it is SO easy communicating with my physicians and more importantly, my father's; booking appointments is usually a breeze (not always, hence the 4 stars); the mail pharmacy is great; the majority of providers are excellent; we have yet to come across a member of the support staff who isn't super friendly and professional. I only wish I had switched to Kaiser sooner. This is what a healthcare system should be. P.S. I just read another reviewer's issues with the psych department and I have heard from friends and colleagues that they have had the same issues. Sadly, Kaiser is not alone in this. I gave up on getting any kind of psych services years ago because it was so incredibly difficult with ANY kind of insurance.

Wait time to speak with an advise nurse is ALWAYS 30min-1hr!! I used to get right on the phone with one every time. Cost cutting has run this hospital into the ground and now they provide substandard medical services. What a shame. EDIT: I waited 1 hour on hold to be told THEY CANNOT schedule an appointment. I think my ribs are broken and the best they can do is "Send a message to my doctors office to schedule the appointment" What an absolute joke. I guess I'm the punchline for spending $300+ a month paying for healthcare I CAN'T EVEN USE! It's a scam.

Seems it may b lost
Or call the main help line and ask to speak to an operator. That person should be able to then connect you appropriately. You have to wait on hold for every transfer, but that's how the phones work and you get to speak to real humans. Sometimes they have to call you back
Emergency- Go to ER. Otherwise send msg on Kaiser website and you should get a prompt response.
Do not need an appointment.
Not typically
MOB 1, First floor, left off of the peach elevators.
Yes they do, at the top level of the parking garage.
Once you turn onto Montecillo road, you continue to drive up the hill. When you drive past the emergency room entrance you will see the parking structure on the left hand side. If you turn into that entrance, that is parking lot D.
Mod 1? Medical building 1 is infront of the parking garage.
Google Maps it #OneTwenty15Media #Combinations
1st building to your left after you turn on Monticello. Parking right in front of it.
Yes, 1st floor bldg1
3rd floor for Kaiser hospital in terra Linda
Bldg 2
The CT scanner and believe the MRI are in the mobile trailers in between the upper and lower main buildings. There should be a small parking lot that's right next to it, but if you can't find it I'd park in the lower lot, it's a little closer.
Pretty sure most of them use their hands, would be pretty hard for doctors to perform surgery with their feet. This facility has an orthopaedist or ten, you'll have to email them to see if any of them specialize in the bones of the hand.
Kaiser is hospital for people. An auto mechanic is a hospital for cars. Try searching, "car hospital" at doubleyoudoubleyoudoubleyou dot google dot com :D
