Went in to send a fax, there was a sign on the fax that it was out of service and a line to the back of the store so I went up to young guy with a ponytail helping an older woman with some copies. Trying not to be too intrusive i ask "hi sorry quick question, the fax machine says its out of service, will i be able to send a fax at the front desk or should i go somewhere else?" He looked down at me with a look of disgust, rolled his eyes and said "im helping someone, you're going to have to wait." Went to star copy down the street and was in and out in 5 minutes. Much better option, not ran by children that are too bothers to answer a quick yes or no question.

Fast and courteous. I did an on line printing order and it was completed much faster than expected. When I arrived to pickup my order, everyone in line ahead of me, due to "social distancing", were handled efficiently. Thanks for the excellent effort, and help.
