The drive thru was horrendous because the person answering the monitor sounded like they barely spoke english. It made it worse when we were told to move to the first window, the person there didn't even have a clue on what we ordered.

First of all he was closed and it looked like they had plenty of staff second the gentleman at the window did not know if they had diet tea or diet drinks second of all I asked for no legs and I watched the lady put legs in my bucket had to tell them to take them out the only thing good about this visit was the food thank you very much

I went to pick up an online order and I got home with it and saw that i didnt receive the sauces I ordered and the extra biscuits I ordered. My fries were sadly hard and Luke warm to cold. The chicken tasted good but wasn’t hot. The hottest thing I received was my famous bowl. Sadly I think it was bagged right when placed and so it got cold. Its sad because I was hoping for better. Sad days.

Fried chicken is not a fast food. You can make it one if you’re doing enough volume that you can have a lot hot and ready all of the time, but this location doesn’t do that level of business, and as a result, this is not a drive-through that you can pass through in less than 10-15 minutes in non-peak times. Add to that their apparent post Covid staffing difficulties, the fact that they have not figured how to make this location work smoothly for drive-through-only business, and the fact that the staff they do have is distracted (the gentleman that serves me had an ear bud in his ear and seemed to not be focusing well on whatever was in that versus what he was supposed to be attending to) and stressed (likely from over-work from being short staffed) and the result is a store it’s hard to recommend. KFC makes some of the best fried chicken, and this location is as good as any other for food quality. But they really need to figure out how to make the ordering go more smoothly or a lot of folks are going to come away dissatisfied.
