Went into quality mattress on Friday the 27th of May at about noon to have (2) pcs of upholstery foam cut 5"× 201/2" × 41 3/4" The guy obviously didn't want the work because he quoted me $420.00 I declined his offer, went home and got a piece 5x24x96 from Amazon delivered for $67.00.I will not be buying anything from those folks.

I just got off the phone a little bit ago with a gentleman named... I believe, Wolf??? Phones these days have terrible quality! Haha! Anyways! I'm legally blind and can't drive, so I figured I'd look and see if there was a mattress store near me that sold box springs! I needed one for my son's new bed (he's a small kid, gonna be 18, so I got him a cheap Walmart memory foam for now. His grandma helped a bit with the payment as well). So, I'm a big guy and can see just well enough to walk myself to the mattress store and carry it back to my house, I had no issue with that plan. However, the guy helping me gives me a generous discount and says they'll deliver it, cuz I'm right down the street! (I'm not bent out of shape by the price, I know they gotta survive, too...) For me, the prices they have are pretty high (my work was taken when COVID hit... So I don't make a lot of money and had to go back on SSI and other support programs). However, the price they had was out of this world, for a NEW box spring!! I was thrilled and setup for delivery and payment on delivery day!! I'm very pleased with their service, and can't wait to get my work back so I can buy a king mattress from them!! 😁😂 Thanks, Medford Mattress!!! ☺️

"If Customer Service is what you want, then Medford Mattress should be given an award for going up and beyond in Customer Service!!" We recently retired after purchasing our new mattress(s). On the day the moving van was to leave, the Team at Medford Mattress showed up at our house and put the mattresses onto the moving van just in time!! But the story does not end there. When we arrived in Arizona and unpacked 3 weeks later, we found the manufacturer sent the wrong size mattress for our master bedroom!! We were crushed. Not knowing what could be done, we called and was told not to worry. Really? Yes, the owner himself reordered the right mattress and drove from Medford to Arizona and delivered the mattress!! And above that, they took the old mattress with them. Again, thank you very very much for being true to your word and doing what no other company would do, the right thing. Shawn D.

So friendly and very well priced. We were camping in the area and wanted a new mattress. No RV dealer had them in stock but sent us to Medford Mattress where they cut one to our specific size within an hour. We will sleep so much better from now on. So accommodating on such short notice!
