Very disappointed with new Zego app…they charge $14.95 to pay by checking acct. or $6.95 to pay by debit card. We will not pay that fee, so you can get our rent money. “BACK TO MONEY ORDERS.” Oh, then if you want to pay on the website…need to put information in each time. 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼

They have some really nice employees, yet I'm in an abusive situation and have been jumping through hoops to get into my own place and everytime I was done w my side , HUD would lose a document. So put me off 2 weeks , then I have 1 document left to sign for my deposit n rent to be released so I can move and they don't even have it ready for my appointment which I have to find rides for .. very messy and unaccountable on their side and it's heartbreaking

Yes, HUD is building many new apartments around the valley! They are Very nice, and have apartments available for the disabled.

Such a waiting process as well as Access doesn't have any housing available 2 to 3 yrs still waiting
