Mediocre service and exorbitant rates. This is the only medical provider between Seattle and Los Angeles that does immigration exams for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. They don't have a website, they don't publish their fax number, they rarely answer their phone, and never respond to voice mail or emails. What's more, they're not even very good at filing out paperwork and seem to drop things all the time. I strongly recommend flying to Seattle or LA to do your immigration medical exams.

I went to Dr. Timothy Fitzer for my upfront Canada immigration medicals. It was a very good experience and the Doctor was professional and friendly. He quickly put my 6 year old daughter at ease by conversing with her about Peppa the pig. My daughter is usually really scared of any medical visit, but she said she had fun this time. I also received my results fast so that I can proceed with my application process to the next step. The staff are helpful and efficient. I recommend Dr. Fitzer at the Berkely family medical practice.
