I was greeted immediately, they leader on the clock clearly was training another great individual. I was switching company’s as my son moved away from me and we wanted to verify his phone could be switched over. My son is on the spectrum and basic retail interactions are usually a choir. Not this visit. We were taken care of and never rushed and guided phenomenally. Not only were we guided and treated well, they employee also was helpful for others in the store and so attentive of the training employee that operated the store while he was busy with us. Any thing the newer employee had a question about was answered with enthusiasm and genuine care. He helped his team member with the same attention and kindness he had for us. I truly appreciate that. I am a district manager for a retail company and was very impressed with this employees dedication and attention to his business. He cared for us, his team and his store. Pride in what one does is the greatest compliment no matter what it is. So glad we switched to AT&T because this interaction is how i value that choice to switch.

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
Unfortunately the security pin code that is used to keep people out of your phone holds your content you would either need to remember what that passcode is to be able to get in to it and then change that code or the phone will need to be reset to remove that passcode after the phone has been reset the content would be erased but it would require you to verify your device account AKA Google or iPhone And if your content is backed up on any cloud it would need to be restored from their.
