We had an appointment with Aly on her day off. She promptly greeted us at the store entrance and immediately began to help us get everything transferred over to AT&T. She was clear when describing the process unlike the reps at Verizon. She wasted no time in asking our phone preferences and getting us set up. Only certain stores except payments. Please call ahead to be sure.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
Don't get a phone with them if you value competent customer service and most importantly service that actually works!
They do not do battery installations.
