The Covid 19 shut downs effected small businesses all over the world. Highland Oaks was as well. Great owner and staff! Concrete pads. Laundry room. All the amenities I need. This is my 2nd long term stay here. I have searched this area...this is the best!

We have lived here for about 3 yrs now and love it here. The mgr Reba is a great asset to the property. They have done a few improvements and cleaned out the problem people. We are looking forward to more improvements in the future. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star is the laundry room still need some minimal updates.
