There are so many things in this hotel that does not work Washing dryer has been down for months door handles a bi've been down and broken for a month. In the morning breakfast is just grease on a plate

Positive: Hotel was clean, offered good breakfast choices, and had business center. Negative: For some reason, the hallways began to smell like baby poop. Also, whatever is broken stays broken, no matter how many times you report it. Laundry machines dont work and there is obviously no intention to fix the issue. Won't assist with paperwork.

Very good place to stay! The rates seemed to be low and normally that means lack of service or cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised I’ll stay here every time for TX2K. Huge breakfast area with a nice pool and grill area. McDonalds is next door and a convenience store is across the street with everything thing you need. With a block or two you have all the fast food AND local taco joints you can imagine. I’m so happy.

Shay, is the young lady who checked my family in and she was very nice, friendly, and professional. 🙏🏽I needed help with a missing button and she accommodated me immediately! 😊 I was very grateful!🙏🏽 I was heading to valentines dinner!🥰 The room was clean enough. I will say that you all should have the elevator checked out. It feels a bit unstable. That’s all Good job Shay! 🙏🏽😊
