I'm really happy that chose this community. Really nice people. Crystal the land lady came and help me set up my smart TV. Mr Roy the maintenance guy walked me around the property and introduced me to other residents. Really great office staff and maintenance.

What a blessing it is to have Ms Crystal and Mr Roy here a Commons of Grace. They are very helpful for anything that I ask of them. You don't find management like these two special people every day. Roy J is a talented and professional maintenance person. He is prompt in his response to all issues. Roy proves he is knowledgeable by not only fixing the issue the first time but explains and offers helpful suggestions. Roy is always respectful and takes time to leave his workspace tidy .
