Since the new management took over a lot of good changes are happening! Mrs. Jade (manager) is very professional and helpful. Outside grounds are well kept and the Maintanance staff are polite and quick to respond.

DUSTY, DUSTY, DUSTY! DON'T MOVE HERE. Almost every single day there is trash overfilling the dumpster, and furniture, couches, sofas, and chairs on the side of the dumpster. Looks a mess. Then at night stray dogs sneak under the fence to have sex and go though the trash. There's always baby mamas or future baby mamas and young thugs monopolizing the hallways. The manager is a liar, tells you one thing and does another. Trash all over the parking lot, the residents don't care about there environment. But the worst part of all is the ROACHES. There are roaches in all the rooms, your food, your clothes, your utensils, drawers, cabinets, and furniture. I believe it's like this because some tenants are unsanitary. We even tried bombing the place with foggers but it just seem to make the roaches worst at my grandparents place.
