Customer service makes a dusty penny shine like a diamond. I went apartment hunting with a friend and was blown away by the personal connection Krystle created despite social distancing. My friend is still weighing her options. Most of the apartments in this area offer comparable amenities and price points. My friend did comment if she chose this property it is because of the excellent service provided by Krystle. She answer our plethora of questions without a problem. Her energy remained with us even after we left, she is so genuine, polite, professional, and personable. Krystle was eager to assist, persuasive yet not harassing. It’s refreshing to run into people, that actually see others as humans.

The apartment itself, was great but dealing with the front office is a nightmare. Ms. Crystal was exceptional and Ms. Brenda, I've had issues with. As a landlord, she fails in following up with tenants and it has cost me twice. I really need someone from HIGHER management to help me resolve an issue. Management has changed almost every year for the last 5 years I was there and they still can't get it right. Customer service could be a lot better. Roaches were bad and after the 2nd week of moving in, we couldn't get rid of them. They were there even with no food in the house. I would NOT advise anyone to move here.

I’m a returning tenant at villas at colts run I moved out back in 2015 because the second apartment manager we had was very rude and unprofessional. Since I’ve met Mrs Stephanie I truly see a difference at villas at colt run the front office is more professional and organized she is truly a people person she’s very good at her job and the maintenance guy we have is also awesome he gets the work done if we could grade this apartment to ten they definitely will have my vote. I believe when a company finds a good worker that is dedicated to what they are doing they should try their best to keep that particular person I’ve seen multiple apartment managers come through here since 2015 Mrs Stephanie is the best one I’ve yet seen here. These apartments are a joke! When I first moved here I was super excited that I was moving into a "brand new" spacious apartment. Management is very unprofessional and uncaring about their tenants. Specially the new African American lady in the office now. She is so lazy and always ready to leave early. She never want to do or look anything up for you. Her excuse is "I'm about to leave" or "I'll check on it and call you back" (and never get a call back!) she has a nasty attitude. Whoever who is in charge of management, should really evaluate their management team! I renewed my lease back in April 2015 and still is waiting on my carpet to be cleaned for them to now tell me they no longer honor carpet cleaning for renewing your lease. However, you would be charged a fee to do so. The way they manage is a joke! It's always kids running around playing, playing loud music or just huddled in the hall way and stairway. People playing and knocking on your door, maintenance taking forever to fix things. It's just a mess. Personally, I've never experienced any break ins dealing with my car or apartment but have heard of many. These apartments also have roaches. How can a brand new apartment have roaches? Disgusting!!! Not to mention all of the 20 plus spiders I killed in my apartment. I hate moving but, I will definitely NOT renew my lease coming up in a few months. I hate it over here... the worst apartments I have ever lived in.
