I walked out. The kid who started to try to help me had a terrible attitude. None of the employees here seemed to have any sense of customer service -- they were even fighting amongst themselves!! I wanted to activate a new phone. I didn't know my pin from way back when I first signed up for Verizon, so they said they couldn't help me! They told me I had to call customer service to reset it. The kicker: when I called the number they gave me, it turned out that's not even correct, you can't change your pin over the phone! You have to go to the website. They had plenty of computers there so that could have happened right there but apparently they don't know that. Hard pass on this place.

Terrible service, do not go to this store. Very poor customer service. They wait on other people while they are supposed to be waiting on you, leave you alone waiting for service, don't give you necessary information, don't go over your bill. We had to go back 4 times to complete our purchase and finally ended up going to another Verizon store.

Great place, had to drive to this location after driving all the way to the danvers location and being turned away, this location went above and beyond and helped me over the phone as I was driving to them so I could be all set when I get there. Will go to this location in the future for any needs.

Paid $180 more than I would have at the Apple store. I went to this store to get an iphone SE and was talked into purchasing a bogus bundle package that is definitely not worth it. Overall, something that would have costed me $440 at an apple store ended up costing $620. The associate I talked to was very misleading about the price of certain things and repeatedly threw out random numbers that didn't add up. Upon returning to the store to ask for a refund, I was treated very badly, still had to pay for one of the items I didn't want, and was given little explanation about the charges. Definitely go somewhere else to get your phone!

Yes,make sure to get a receipt. Good people that are helpful. But Verizon can be shady.....
