Okay so here's why I gave it one star... On three separate occasions over the past probably 2 or 3 months, we have gone here and been told that they are out of certain ingredients which means that they can't make certain sandwiches or meals or whatever. Now I would understand if this happened once because sometimes it takes a while for shipments to come in but for this to happen on three separate occasions over three month period of time is really not cool. In addition, for three people, our meal cost over $40. To me, for a sandwich shop, charging out much is unreal. Now I understand with inflation the cost of everything has gone up and so they have to raise their costs in order to keep from losing money, but Genghis Grill which is within walking distance of this place, their prices haven't changed. And then I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and my mistake I didn't think to ask what kind of cheese they would use but it was some white cheese and I just didn't like it so that was my own fault.

[5/26/2022] * This braided hair unmasked woman who works at the food station likes to sneeze at food that was on the expo center. Disgusting. I couldn’t eat the food. She didn’t seemed like a person whom I can talk about it. :-(. Make sure you order your food bagged, not plated. Just awful. [5/14/2022] **** I got greeted few times this week. Not always but it happened. There is one nice lady who said hello when I entered the cashier side of the store where you get drinks. :-) [5/1/2022] ** a good place to visit for the Sip. This restaurant isn’t that busy most of the time and staffs mostly don’t notice you when you are there. [4/20/2022] ** the same [4/20/2022] ** the same [4/14/2022] By far the one of the worst Panera Breads. They ignore you and don’t acknowledge that you are waiting for a ready order. They are so busy talking and giggling with their co-worker friends. You can stand there for a while before you can grab your order. Very poorly trained indifferent and poor work ethic staffs. They are like this every time I visit here. I avoid going to this one because staffs are just awful and unprofessional.

I was waiting for my curbside order for 5 minutes before I called the store to let them know I was here. A really nice girl by the name of Aba answered the call and apologized for the delay and brought my order out a few seconds later! Her manager let me know that I have a free “You choose two” for my next order and even threw in a cookie for free! They made up for the delay in seconds, I was very impressed. Management of this place is impeccable.

Didn't recognize the facade. Management investments in technology should pay off but the labor savings should be used to train the "order takers" into upselling or helping the first time customer into making better customized orders. We were offered bonus bread when the soup already came with bread. Why not let the customer know about other equivalent choices? The pictures of the broccoli soup had chunks of broccoli. We were served with finely chopped broccoli. Why? The picture of the Mediterranean sandwich had a distinctive "tall" stack. We were served with a deflated stack and the size of the bread much smaller than that in the picture. Why? The coffee choices were better than the average. True to form (for soda fountains) there was a malfunctioning nozzle. The place was kept clean in all areas including the restrooms.

Don't think they have. They do have wifi
They have set up a table 6 feet apart..looked much safer then the other restaurants.
