Went there during the closing time (around 5), but the staff were super friendly and answered all my questions and showed me what I was looking for. They seem pretty knowledgeable on layout of the store and the lady at the check out even helped me look up for coupons when an item rang up at full price. So, just a word of advice, ask the staff at checkout register what you are looking for, instead of wandering around for the item (unless you already are familiar). Will definitely be visiting again.

I usually shop at the Mckinney store since its closer to me, but I just happened to be in Plano at the time, so I thought I'd try this location out. The store was disorganized and shelves were sparse. The staff never even acknowledged my existence and I was there for at least an hour! The female cashier that checked me out was in such a rush to leave that she failed to scan or even ask if I had any coupons! I'm sure it was the same rude woman mentioned in previous posts. She ruined the whole shopping experience for me. I will definitely not be shopping at this location again 👎🏼

Great place for buying tools, for this drywall cutting saw I visited everywhere, none of them had it except the Harbor Freight with a great prince.

I love this store, am a member and frequently visit the location in my home town. I had the worst experience with a very persistently rude female cashier 8/28 @ 9:30am. I questioned a price of an item I had just bought because I remembered it being different, she asked me to show her so I did. I pointed to a slightly different model of the item which costed less and was located 1 row above the item I purchased. It ended up that I looked at one price and grabbed the one below it on accident. I said oh I see, ya you're right I must of made a mistake. She responded with "yes, I know. Do you understand everything now? Or do I have to show you again?" Very condescending and not a way to treat customers, no matter how upset you are with that ugly haircut. Will not come back.
