Plano has the most beautiful parks, right in the middle of downtown East Plano, so convenient and pleasant, steps away from great restaurants luxury apartments etc. Definitely the City of Excellence.

I love Haggard Park! Its such a great place to eat lunch and hang out for a few hours, and a great place for a nice walk in the evening. There is also quite a few good food spots up the road, so you can either have a great meal and walk in the park after, or just grab food to go and have a picnic. Definitely recommend.

Recently visited this park during Christmas holidays. A nice, super clean and, beautiful park in the middle of downtown Plano, Texas. Christmas tree lighting before Christmas is a nice event to attend with family. Playground for kids and many parking spaces.

Great location. This was my first time here and it was perfect for our event. The North Texas Pride festival was such a success.

What Kind Of Fish Are In There...?

If there are, they are newly stocked ones. The park just freshened up (deep cleaned) the pond in 2019 so it could support wild life safely again. (It was a petri dish previously for a little while) The pond is back to looking much nicer, but I don't know if they stocked fish in it yet. There used to be though.
