Edit: the tow truck driver Ira showed up and and showed us how to get the spare out which we didn't even know we had put the spare on for us and saved us a good chunk of change. Thank you so much for your good work! Been waiting for an hour and a half for my insurance to find me a tow truck for $155 after finding out my insurance road side assistance doesn't cover a tow for vandalism. I called roseburg towing and the guy says the tow truck will be here in 15 min for $5 cheaper! Thank you so much.

The driver last night around 1:30am was genuinely an unkind person. An elderly woman was broken down right outside on canyonville & the operator required a check on insurance before even coming out, Wasting time leaving her on the side of the road...he eventually came and argued about dropping her car off at a mechanic instead of her home. It's broken down and again, she is elderly. Overall that's an unsafe way to operate. By the responses of this company, I shouldn't be surprised. But this is just a warning for elderly folks if you need help don't let these guys be your first choice.
