Worst pharmacy in Roseburg! Unreliable! We Called a half hour ago and she said open u til 9 pm and so does their website on google. But when we drove there they were closed at 6:45pm . Very unprofessional and i will never go back! We Needed covid tests. Please never go there.

The workers here need a lesson in humility, honesty, and respect. They decided to card my 57 year old mother and deny her service because she forgot her id. Then proceeded to sell me alcohol and just asked me what my birthday was (under 30). When confronted lied that there was no manager and then lied to the other employees saying they did check my id. Zeke then proceeded to harrass my mother and sarcastically said everything he comes up with trumps the law.

I’m not a fan of long lines, being chewed out. Nor going without my medication. But I do know they ARE doing EVERYTHING they can. They’ve been hit just as hard as all of us with covid. But I just transferred my most important ones to another pharmacy. Except one. We need to try to give people who are at their worst what we would like at our worst. I know I’ve been a complete bitty to people who were trying to help me. I regret that. And wish I could apologize. Please be safe out there every one!

I switched to Rite Aid pharmacy a few months ago after becoming aggravated with many aspects of Walmart pharmacy. I did a little research and decided on Rite Aid due to the pharmacy's extended hours and it's convenient proximity to my normal daily routes. I have never been so dissatisfied and frustrated with a business in my life. I always give the benefit of the doubt to customer service employees, especially in these unusual times. So when I attempted to pick up my prescriptions for the first time, and the tech told me my secondary insurance was not valid, I was patient and asked her to run it again. She told me she did and it was not an active policy. I pulled up my own account online and showed her that it was, to which she snidely responded "You're gonna have to take this up with your insurance. This insurance doesn't even cover this med anyway, so I don't know what to tell you." I was pretty blown away at the poor customer service, but decided not to argue and simply said I would pay for it, but would need something printed showing that the insurance was run and coming back unverified so I could "take it up with my insurance". She did not hide her annoyance that they would have to run the insurance again and took it to the pharmacist to run. 30 seconds later it came back verified. The pharmacist was clearly annoyed with her and she was clearly even more annoyed with me. I chocked it up to a bad day and simply told her thank you for getting it cleared up and that I hoped her day got better. I am now on my 4th month of filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy and it has only gotten worse each time. Apparently they are so short staffed that they are no longer open on the weekends and have shortened their weekday hours. These new hours are still not reflected on their website, nor have they been changed on their phone message. They also no longer answer their phone. Ever. Every month I have my refills sent over 3-4 days early, knowing they will likely take much longer than should be necessary to fill it, and every month it has not been ready when I've needed to pick it up. Last time FIVE DAYS had passed since they received the request to refill and when I showed up to pick it up, I was told to come back 4 hours later. Twice I have had to miss doses of needed medication because Rite Aid pharmacy has failed to fill my Rx on time while having more than enough time to have gotten it done. I understand staffing is limited, but this is beyond that. If your pharmacy cannot fill prescriptions within 5 days of receiving them, you should not be taking them. Send them back to the provider and let them know you do not have the capacity to get them filled in time to meet their patients' needs. Here it is Friday, my Rx was sent over Wednesday morning, no one would answer the phone so I could find out if it was filled, they are closed for lunch during my lunch break, and they are no longer open on the weekends leaving me with a very high likelihood that I would have to go then entire weekend without my needed medication. That is unacceptable. I was forced to call my provider and have my prescription resent to a different pharmacy. Medications aren't a luxury people can do without. Do better Rite Aid!
