Volunteer session to help separate food for the food bank was set up by my employer. Feels good to get involved and help those who have a need and it was actually fun to get to know some new people if only for a couple of hours. I will do this again.

Great organization brought over 140# of food they were very helpful
Abundis Express
One of the best and fastest places to deliver too. The person who receives was quick, and his focus was to get me unloaded. Sadly no street parking in the area.

Very well organized, easy to signup, check-in, and start the volunteer work. I went there to help with sorting donated foods and packing them for distribution.

Yes, thank you! We accept food up to one year past sell-by date as they are usually arbitrary dates.
You can find days and times near you at foodbankccs.org/getfood. Or call us at 855-309-3663.
Your information is confidential and only used to determine eligibilty for the program. We do not share it. At many sites we do not even ask for your information, like Community Produce Program.
Unfortunately, food cannot be distributed from this facility due to local restrictions. To find when, where, and how to receive food please go to foodbankccs.org and click on the "Find Food" link. This will take you to a virtual map where you can either do a general search between counties or you can filter the map to show you distributions in a local city, on a specific day of the week, and or if you want to attend a drive thru or not. You can also call them at 925-676-7543 and speak with the operator. They also have Spanish speakers that can help if you struggle with English. I hope this helps.
You can donate at the URL below, and thanks for your support! https://give.foodbankccs.org/give/190501/#!/donation/checkout
Yes just let them know around the back were the resveing area is.
Just go directly there and talk to mr jim. Look up the address and just stop by. They will be happy you came.
I would call first but I am pretty sure they would accept the donation. Thanks for thinking of this organization.
Most of our programs just need you to verbally verify your income level. To see exactly what is needed, and find sites near you, visit foodbankccs.org/getfood.
It is different for each program, anywhere from 1x per month to every week. Check out the schedules at foodbankccs.org/getfood and call us for more of our partner agencies. You may also visit more than one site. For example, Community Produce Program and a partner agency.
Please read the guidelines and sign up at foodbankccs.org/communityservice.
