I'm not sure how blachly lane got such low reviews? Hands down they have been the best power company I have ever delt with! The app makes it super easy to pay and compare previous bills! Also we got a hot tub and immediately they called and emailed when there was an unusual power fluctuation. When the powers goes out we call and listen to the message. Easy. Then we know what's going on. They are always on top of it getting the power back on. They have also given out the best care packages with power saving light bulbs and power straips. I can tell they care!! I feel lucky to be a blachly lane customer!!

I know they're working hard to restore power and thank you! My one star is due to their inefficient way of informing consumers. The scrolling banner takes forever to go by. Give me a block of text that I can read through quickly to reserve battery on my cell phone I'm not able to charge. I navigated all through their webpage and couldn't find a simple bock of text with an update. I even started following them on Facebook, but their scrolling message isn't posted there either. Please did something that's more efficient for us who need quick updates.

Blachly Lane takes good care of its lines. In 15 years outages have been minimal. I’ve always found them to be pleasant to work with and helpful when there’s a question or problem.

Awful experience. Not helpful at all. Have you over a barrel because no other electric company option. I would definitely use another service if it was at all available. Only gave one star because there wasn't a lower option.
