Good people, the dogs are blessed to have this shelter. The manager is an upbeat person and her team really cares about the dogs and puppies who are being surrendered. Please adopt and don’t shop, the shelter needs more room for other pups and who are homeless. Dogs are angels on heaven🌍🌈⛅️ Let’s give back the unconditional love that they show us, everyday.🙏🏽💙 P.S. I love my puppy Darla. She helped relieve my anxiety and depression, she never fails to comfort me when I’m sad, mad, or stressed. She’s my angel!🐶🐾

We rescued a dog from a bad situation and could not keep her ourselves, I called the humane society and the receptionist was the rudest, most unhelpful person. Absolutely appalling behavior.

I got so lucky. I got sunny or, she adopted me. These kind ladies stayed open for me. I knew that I was already committed to her before I drove the 30 miles to get her. The people at the shelter were kind, efficient, and went beyond for me and Molly (we changed her name). Thank you again. Molly and Nicole

Such a nice, clean facility run by friendly accommodating people. They had a wide variety of kittens to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable. Really appreciate that they are a no-kill shelter.

Because it isn't free. They have to tranaport the animals to ans from the vet and pay for surgery.
You can get on the website and take a look and see how many dogs they have and you can even go over to the place and look.
Spay and neuter for low income families they have applications you can pick up during the week
Process was very professional and animals were well taken care of.
Hi Lynita, we do have a low cost spay/neuter program. Full details are on our website. One of the main tabs on the menu explains the process. Thank you
No, it doesn't. PAWS is a no kill shelter.
Please call the shelter with your name, phone number and address of neighbor. We will then forward to our cat team. The shelter number is 541-276-0181. Amy
You can contact the City of Pendleton for that question. 541-966-0208. Thank you!
It is on Mondays from 2-4pm. If you have not received assistance from us recently, we have a form to be filled out.
As of yesterday they had about 7 kittens. My better-half works there so I asked him.
Information for our low income spay neuter clinic can be found on our website at: www.pendletonpaws.org/spayneuter. Male cats are $45 and female are $55 (includes vaccines and transportation to clinic). Amy
I will call tomorrow thank you so much
Hi Linda- what was the dog's name? And what was the person's name on the paperwork? I may be able to get a copy from the clinic.
Yes! We love donations of cans and bottles! You can drop off through the chain link gate by the front anytime 8:30am-4:30pm. If you'd like a donation slip, please come during office hours, noon-4pm Tues-Sat.
Most adult dogs have an adoption fee of $130, which includes vaccines, worming, flea treatment, microchip, and spay/neuter. Some purebred or specialty breeds may be higher than $130. We occasionally run specials where the adoption fees may be lower.
