The landlords try and keep up but have lost control of the park . The stray cat problem is enabled by lack of park management and friendship with the tenants.the friendship with the tenants has created an environment where only some people have to follow the rules . others get tired of the the park veterans doing whatever they want, complain and become the next enemy. Also absolutely no screening to get in half the tenants suffer from visible drug abuse. Could be a nice park .

They have many spaces available usually just give the office a call. I do not have no knowledge of the hook ups or what is available other than the basic.
There are currently no open spaces. There are even a couple motorhomes queued awaiting spaces to open
