I really enjoy my apt, the view from my balcony is wooded areas with a natural creek that brings deer every early morning and evening. It’s quite, the grounds well kept. We have a new management and maintenance staff are great to work with. It’s pet friendly, we even have our own doggie park! Good for leaving with kids. I was concern about 1 star reviews, but with a new management I see improvements quick.

So I Shared A Review Of These Apartments Almost A Year Ago About A Studio Apartment I Had, I Upgraded Into A 1 Bedroom & Thought It would Be Nicer, Cleaner & Just All Around Better.. I Was WRONG! I Moved Into My New Unit In January & Have Been Complaining About A Leak In My Apartment Since February. I Contacted The Office Several Times. I Have To Keep Sending Messages Just For Them To Reply. The Lady In The Office, Kat Is Supposed To Be The Regional Manager So I Thought I’d Get Help From Her & Still Nothing. She Has Been Giving Me The Run Around Since I First Put In My Ticket. So Months Have Went By With No Help, Since The Water Was Settling Mold Started To Grown On My Walls. My Apartment Smelled So Bad. I Turned It Into The Health Dpt & Had Them Come Look At It & My Apt Was Hazardous! Kat, The ‘Regional Manager’ Didnt Even Care & Didnt Send Anyone To My Apt For 7 Months. I Never Got To Fully Enjoy Living In My New Until Due To This Issue. I Read The Reviews & I’m Not The Only One Complaining About Air-conditioning Issues, Leaks, Bugs & Mold! These Apartments Are All Around Disgusting & Would Definitely NOT RECOMMEND! & On Top Of That My Washer STILL DOESNT WORK

If your considering moving into a studio apartment here ,don’t! Spiders galore, window ac that let’s all bugs in and really doesn’t cool or heat the space properly. Another thing is to pay rent online you have to pay a damn near a $20 convenience fee. Hate it here.

We lived here for 6 months in 2018 When it was Stonehaven south I wrote this review at that time and corrected it in the summer of 2022 so the information in this review could be outdated.) Don't expect any sleep while you live here busy traffic all night, the apartments also need updating/ remodeling everything is very old no to mention the windows are not properly insulated you can feel the air coming under them and another thing is the spiders there were several in every window when we moved in and a couple small insects were in the bathtub. And all the appliances are over 3 years old and the closet doors are really cheap.
