Was here today 6/3, I have to say, the experience was soooo GOOD, I had to leave a review! The manager was at the counter taking orders and helping those in back, a rare and awesome sight! He had a smile on his face, was kind, helpful and just wonderful! The order was correct at the end, the food piping hot and fresh! I took it home to my kids and seriously it was hard not to steal fries as I drove home. Kids started grabbing food as soon as I got home and the silence from happy eating was awesome! Seriously keep this manager! Way cheaper than next door, better service, better prices! Love it! Will be back again!

Came to KFC to get dinner somebody gave us a gift card that we got treated like we were foreigners they forgot half the food had to chase out to the car with it that's my fault I didn't check to make sure service sucks they don't know prices of their food they have signs out tried to order the extra chicken tenders and I was told the other way I could buy it was in 8 or 16 pieces couldn't buy any just a small add-on meal and everybody handling food was not wearing gloves yes some were wearing masks somewhere where you weren't wearing nothing it weren't wearing hair nets

This location is in my backyard, not literally, but very close so I normally go here for chicken sandwiches. No matter what time I go to this location, the food is always hot and the service is always great! I haven’t been after dark but I have been here for dinner a handful of times and it’s always great. Even the fries are fresh. We all know that fries are a sensitive item at fast food joints that are always a hit or miss. They are crispy and hot! Delicious! I can only speak for the spicy chicken sandwich meal since that is what I always get. Thank you KFC staff and management for all that you CONSISTENTLY do for us! I’m sure your corporate office would appreciate the hard work and effort you put into your jobs. Example: I was about to receive my order tonight and before the employee handed me my order, the manager made sure he put napkins in there. The little things make the biggest differences. I would definitely recommend this location in Wylie, TX! See you all soon!

Jan 2020: We dined in and the service was great and speedy. I placed my order and sat down. My son, who was already eating because he got there 10 minutes before me remarked that it will be less than a minute that I'll receive my order. I brushed it off but to my pleasant surprise, the guy called my number! And the food tasted great as usual. =============== We walked in and made an $86 order and still walked out in less than 10 minutes. That's the kind of service I want from a fast food. The lady that served us was patient through our 4 order changes and helped work through everything we wanted. It was a great experience. I've gone here only twice and liked both times I've been. Their digital pay machine worked perfectly without a hitch. The floors are clean and the store is appealing. Great place and I recommend it!
