We rent from this location about once a month. We have had some pretty great rentals, and Travis has always been very accommodating. We didn't like having to keep the vehicles over Saturday, and Sunday returning Monday morning, that's 3 days longer than we needed it but we're charged. They don't have a dropbox. We called corporate and they actually told us to use another rental cars company. By Felicia!

Best to avoid if you can. Treat you poorly. Car we got was pretty gross. Lady there, probably the manager, is pretty rude. But it's the only show in town. Couldn't provide a rental until I had my insurance company call, then they had 5. Pretty sure my money is just as good as my insurance companies. Literally bought another new car to avoid dealing with these people.

Reserved and car online and went to pick up but the Manager overbooked the cars available and would not let me take the car that was parked in the lot. Gave a poor excuse and did not apologize at all. She should go to a job training course to learn how to speak the truth to all the customers. My advice is to call ahead and possibly look elsewhere for a rental, I’ve never had this type of service in any other city renting a car. Far more options in larger cities with Uber and Lyft, places like here should start realizing that good customer service will continue to bring people back.
